How do I look for a product on TopQatarShop.com?

There are a couple of ways you can find a product on TopQatarShop.com

  • Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.
  • Use the main menu (which is divided by product type) to navigate your way on the site.
I'm not able to find a product. What should I do?

We try and offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance, we do not have a product you’re looking for on TopQatarShop.com, please let us know and we will try and get it for you. Orders

I've never done this before. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on TopQatarShop.com is a piece of cake.

  • Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • After you’re done choosing products, click on “View Cart” (located on the top right).
  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.
  • Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
  • Thats it! You will receive an email and an SMS notification confirming your order along with your order#.
  • Somebody from our team will then call you to process your order. Easy isn’t it? 🙂
I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?

Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don’t want to wait, that’s fine too. Drop us a line on support@topqatarshop.com with the missing information or call us on +974 77596071. Our team will update the order as per your instruction.

I made a mistake while placing my order. What now?

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don’t worry. Just call +974 77596071 and someone from our team will help you out.

I placed an order. Can I cancel my order now?

Sure, you can. Please call +974 77596071 immediately so that we can stop the order from being processed. If the order is already processed, you can still cancel the order. See Returns/Cancellations for more details.

How do I track my order?

Each order on TopQatarShop.com goes through a series of steps to ensure that you get the best online shopping experience. As the order goes from processing to processed, picking and in transit, we notify you via email/SMS about each status update for your peace of mind.

Qatar Deliveries
Once your order is processed, we deliver within 48-72 working hours across the Doha for FREE for all orders above QAR 250. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 9:00pm Saturday-Thursday. We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Address Details
At the time of placing the order, customers are encouraged to put accurate address details to ensure delivery on time. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. It is recommended that you are present to accept delivery of your order.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.

Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.

Return Policy

Return Policy & How to return an item

Customers can return the item they purchased from us within fourteen (14) days of receiving their product.

  1. Accepted Return
  • Return accepted if item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect packages sent.

  • Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse etc.
  1. Return Confirmation
  • Contact us via contact us, submit order no. , a clear picture or video and shipping packaging. to confirm your return is accepted.
  • When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ).
  1. About Return Delivery Fee
  • If the item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect packages sent the return delivery is free, otherwise customers must pay the delivery fee for returning the item and the fee is QAR 25.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep track of which items are marked non-returnable before purchasing. Clearance items are also included in this category.
